Processing Time All orders are processed within 6-15 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

International Shipping Aure Atelier ships worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
